Waiting for a train is dead time — and everyone around you is waiting too. Perron opens a live, anonymous chat with the people actually at your station, right now.
iPhone is on the App Store. Android is not on the Play Store yet — the link above joins the internal test, so you will be asked to opt in first. It is a real build, and the feedback is the point.
Only while you're there
Perron is location-based on purpose. You chat, ask and post only while you're physically at a station — step onto the platform and the room opens; walk away and it closes behind you. Every conversation stays local, in-the-moment and real.
What you can do
Station chat — talk to everyone at your station about delays, platforms, or nothing in particular.
Train rooms — the room follows your train and rides along for the whole journey.
Disruption rooms — when things go wrong, a room opens so stranded travellers can sort it out together.
Station wall — leave a note that fades on its own, or post to lost & found.
Live departures — real-time times, delays and platforms for your station.
Passport — collect a stamp for every station you reach and climb the leaderboards.
Private by design. No sign-up. Perron works fully anonymously — you can sign in later if you want your stamps backed up, but you never have to. Perron never stores where you've been: your location is checked to open a room, then forgotten. Read the privacy policy →
