This page is for Perron, the station chat app. You can ask us to delete your Perron account and the data attached to it, and you do not need the app installed to do it.
The fastest way, if you still have the app
Open Perron and go to You → Account → Delete account. It erases everything listed below immediately, and it does not go through us. You do not need this form.
If you have uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in
Use the form. Tell us the email address on the account, and we will delete it and confirm by email. We aim to do it within a few days, and always within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account: your email address, and the identifier Apple or Google gave us when you signed in.
Your passport: every station stamp, your streak, and your display name.
Your looks: the cosmetics you own and what you had equipped.
Your Perron+ entitlement on your devices.
Your Apple sign-in grant is revoked with Apple, so Perron loses its connection to your Apple ID entirely.
What is kept, and for how long
Proof of purchase. If you ever bought Perron+, the record that the purchase happened is kept and unlinked from you — it no longer names an account. We are required to keep it for tax and refund purposes, and it is what lets Apple or Google honour a refund after you are gone.
Messages you posted are not tied to your account and are not deleted one by one. Perron only ever holds the most recent messages in each room, so everything you wrote ages out on its own. Once your account is gone, nothing connects those messages to you.
Records of emails we sent you (the address, the subject and whether it arrived) are kept as a delivery log.
Location signals used to spot faked check-ins are deleted automatically after 30 days, deleted account or not. Perron never stores coordinates.
Deleting your Perron account does not cancel a Perron+ subscription — only Apple or Google can do that. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play before you delete, or you will keep being billed for a subscription no account can use.
